Love Is Burning Flowers Selected For One Inspired Evening!
The Blast Factory announced today that the gunpowder and fuse painting Love is Burning Flowers was selected by the Art Jury for One Inspired Evening.
The event will be held on Saturday, February 28th from 6-10pm at Revel Downtown located at 440 W. Randolph Street. All of the money raised from this event will directly support Inspiration Corporation's programs and mission to help people affected by homelessness and poverty attain self-sufficiency.
"This is a really great event run by cool people and raises a lot of money to help people in need move forward. This is my third year involved. Renee and I will be there. We love it.", noted Stick Vega.

Love Is Burning Flowers. (2014) 36" x 24" Three huge orange/red pop flowers made with a bang. The overriding impact of this image is made by the beauty of high speed fuses and cannon grade gunpowder blasted onto a platinum gray painted hardboard. It was created with slow, medium and high speed fuse and a different grades of gunpowder.
