Why Explode Every Day?

Why do I wake up each morning and head to The Blast Factory?

I think about this every day.

Why do art?  

Why explode?

I use my mental energy and resources to create something beautiful and make the world a safer place.  

By blowing up my art I seek inner peace.  

By blowing up my art I seek world peace.

I don't need a lot.  A panel.  Some paint.  A fuse.  Some gunpowder.  A lighter.  My family. 

That is a short list to make the world a safer place.

I'm scared of the future. But, there are so many possibilities.

I'll never retire. There is too much to do.

I fear each time I light the fuse and put myself out there. Results are uncertain.

I'm compelled to live. I'm compelled to be an artist. I'm compelled to get my work to the next level.

I wake up.

I'm strong.

I explode.
