Destree Architecture And Design Acquires PROUD!

The Blast Factory announced today that Destree Architecture and Design purchased the Stick Vega work PROUD.  The luminous and energy filled artwork is 48 x 48, and made of burning super-slow fuse on an acrylic painted panel.

"Melissa Destree and Toby Latimer of the architectural and design firm first saw PROUD at my recent show at The Waypoint Public House",  said Stick Vega.  "I am humbled that such a talented group of professionals would find my work exciting."

The artwork has been placed in the entry foyer of Destree's offices at 220 W. Washington Ave., Madison, Wisconsin.

"Hanging the artwork yesterday was a blast. The piece is set against a sharp black, wooden textured wall.  With great lighting, the colors and texture look really cool", noted Vega.
