Renee Vig & Stick Vega - MMoCA Gallery Night - Monona State Bank

Renee Vig and Stick Vega will present select paintings at Monona State Bank - Atwood for the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art Gallery Night.  The event will take place during the evening Friday, May 2.

The group show will feature Renee's pastel portraits.  They are emotional, and tell a tale of art, obsession and betrayal. And, Vega's "pop" expressionism paintings and drawings that are created in a flash with high speed fuse and gunpowder.

Additionally, the show will feature watercolors from Steve at Steve's Tattoo.

Showcasing the city's vibrant art community, Gallery Night is a long time Madison tradition.  Organized by MMoCA, Gallery night features a wide variety of exhibits throughout the city.

Monona State Bank (1965 Atwood Avenue)- the cool renovated space with pillars and rotunda - will host the show, along with artisan foods and live music.

"Please join us, this event is going to be a blast!", said Stick Vega.
